Breakfast

We are hit over the head from all angles that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. We know this good and well yet some of us are daunted by the time it takes to get a "good" breakfast in. Breakfast does not have to take longer than the time it takes to soft boil an egg. My new love is salad for breakfast. Yes, salad. Mixed greens, two soft boiled eggs, and your favorite fish. This past Saturday my breakfast salad used a bit of sardines. I love sardines but if you don't there is always salted cod, smoked salmon, or smoked white fish. Point is, it will be healthy and light yet very filling.
